Marinated Mushrooms

  • 1/2 lb mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dry oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dry thyme
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil.

Mix all the ingredients and let stand at room temperature for at least 3 hours.  Chill.  Serve.
