- 1 zucchini
- salt
- 3 tbsp feta, crumbled
- 2 tbsp gruyere, grated
- 2 tsp flour
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, minced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- breadcrumbs
- butter
- Cook the zucchini and boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- Preheat broiler.
- Slice the zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Combine the feta, gruyere, flour, dill, garlic, and pepper.
- Arrange the zucchini in an oven dish, cut side up. Season lightly with salt.
- Spoon the mixture into the trough of the zucchini.
- Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and dot with a small amount of butter.
- Broil until the cheese is hot. Serve.
