- 10 large mushrooms
- 1/3 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1 scallion, minced
- 1/4 tsp dry oregano
- 1/4 tsp dry thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp dry white wine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- cracked pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a baking dish.
- Remove the stems from the mushroom caps and mince them.
- Combine the minced stems with the remaining ingredients.
- Spoon the mixture into the caps and place them in the baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Serve.
