Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 10 large mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 scallion, minced
  • 1/4 tsp dry oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dry thyme
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp dry white wine
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • cracked pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Remove the stems from the mushroom caps and mince them.
  3. Combine the minced stems with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the caps and place them in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve.
