Banana Cardamom Shake

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • a pinch of ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup milk
  1. Combine the yogurt, banana, ginger, lime, honey, and cardamom together in a blender.
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3. Add the ice cubes and the milk and blend again until smooth.
  4. Check to see if you need more honey.
  5. Serve over more icecubes.
