Banana Cardamom Shake
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- a pinch of ground ginger
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 5 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup milk
- Combine the yogurt, banana, ginger, lime, honey, and cardamom together in a blender.
- Puree until smooth.
- Add the ice cubes and the milk and blend again until smooth.
- Check to see if you need more honey.
- Serve over more icecubes.
