Pineapple Lassi

  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • a pinch of ground cardamom
  • a pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 8 ice cubes
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3. Serve.
