White Peach Sangria

  • 1 ripe peach, peeled, pit removed
  • 1 bottle dry white wine
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup brandy
  • ¼ cup triple sec
  • 2 cups sliced peaches
  • ½ cup sliced lemons
  • ½ cup sliced oranges
  • Ice
  • Sugar

 

Put the peach in a blender with a few tablespoons of water.  Puree until smooth.  Transfer to a pitcher.  Pour in the wine, and the juices.  Add the brandy and triple sec, and half the fruit slices.  Add sugar to taste.

Chill 8 hours or overnight. 

Strain out fruit.  Stir in remaining fruit.  Serve with ice.
