- 2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup of milk
- Preheat the oven to 425 F.
- Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine in a food processor the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Pulse briefly to mix.
- Add the butter and pulse again to mix.
- Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and stir in the chocolate chips.
- Add the milk and stir until just blended.
- Drop 5 to 6 very large spoonfuls onto the parchment paper.
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Serve.
