Cheesy Dill buns
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese, creamed
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 tbsp fresh dill, minced
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tbsp parmesan, grated
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. Grease the bottoms of 6 jumbo muffin cups.
- Beat the cottage cheese, milk, butter, dill, and egg together.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Bake for about 22 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve.
