Cheesy Dill buns

  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese, creamed
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 tbsp parmesan, grated
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.  Grease the bottoms of 6 jumbo muffin cups.
  2. Beat the cottage cheese, milk, butter, dill, and egg together. 
  3. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  4. Bake for about 22 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve.
