French 75

2 oz. gin 1 oz. lemon juice 2 tsp superfine sugar champagne ice Combine the gin, lemon juice, sugar, and some ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into 2 champagne flutes. Top up the glasses with champagne.

Peach Paradise

  • 1 1/2 oz. Malibu
  • 1 1/2 oz. Midori
  • 1 1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
  • 3 oz. Orange juice
  • 4 oz. Pineapple juice
  • ice

Combine all the ingredients in a martini shaker.  Shake well.  Strain between 2 glasses.

Alerte a Malibu

  • 2 oz. Malibu
  • 1 oz. gin
  • dash of triple sec
  • 3 oz. lemonade
  • 2 oz. cranberry juice

Combine all the ingredients in a martini shaker with ice.  Shake and strain between 2 glasses.

Velvet Hammer

  • 1 oz. baileys
  • 1 oz. triple sec
  • 2 scoops ice cream

Combine in a blender.  Pour between 2 glasses.

White Kiss

  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 2 oz. white creme de cacao
  • 4 oz. milk
  • a drizzle of grenadine
  • ice
  1. Pour a drizzle of grenadine in the bottom of 2 martini glasses.
  2. Combine the alcohol and the milks in a martini shaker with some ice.  Shake well.
  3. Strain between both glasses.

Polish Vodka Scoop

  • 2 scoops lemon sorbet
  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 7-up

Place a scoop of sorbet each in two tall glasses.  Pour a shot of vodka in each glass.  Top up with 7-up.

Tropical Margarita

  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 mango, pitted, and peeled
  • 3 oz tequila
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • crushed ice
  1. Combine the lime juice and the sugar, stirring until it dissolves.
  2. Puree the banana, and the mango in a blender.  Add the tequila and triple sec, and the lime juice.  Blend 30 more seconds.
  3. Pour into 4 glasses, over crushed ice.

La Dolce Vita

  • 6 peeled grapes
  • 1 oz. vodka
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ice
  • champagne
  1. Combine the grapes, vodka, honey, and some ice in a martini shaker.  Mix well.
  2. Strain, dividing between two glasses.
  3. Top up with the champagne.

Mango Batidos

  • 3 cups. mango sorbet
  • 1 ½ cups vanilla ice cream
  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped
  • 2 ½ cups cold milk

 

Combine all the ingredients in a blender.  Puree.  Serve.

Pineapple Mint Fizz

  • 1 cup tequila
  • 1 ½ cups pineapple juice, unsweetened
  • 1 ½ cups lemon-lime soda
  • ¼ cup minced mint leaves
  • Crushed ice

 

Combine the tequila, juice, soda, and mint in a pitcher.  Pour over crushed ice.  Serve.
