Roquefort butter Steak

2 steaks 2 tbsp butter 3 tbsp roquefort cheese, crumbled 1/4 tsp cayenne 1 tbsp parsley, minced coarse salt and cracked pepper Rub the steaks with the coarse salt and cracked pepper.
