Dill Burgers

1 lb lean ground beef 3 tbsp buttermilk 3 tbsp minced dill 1 tsp salt cracked pepper sliced tomato cheese bacon mayonnaise dijon buns lettuce mushrooms, sliced Cook 2 slices bacon until crisp.  Set aside. Cumin Ham Steaks

2 ham steaks 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tsp minced rosemary 1/4 tsp cumin 1/4 tsp chili flakes Combine everything but the ham and mix well. Rinse the ham in cold water and pat dry. Grill the ham.  During the last 2 minutes, brush on the glaze and then cook until ready.

Teriyaki brined Porkchops

2 porkchops 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup chicken stock 2 tbsp mirin 3 tbsp sugar 1 garlic clove, sliced Combine the soy sauce, chicken stock, mirin, sugar, and garlic. Mix well and pour over the porkchops. Chill overnight. Drain the porkchops and pat dry. Grill until cooked.

Broccoli Puree

1/2 head broccoli, cut in florets salt cracked pepper 1/4 cup heavy cream Boil the broccoli in salted water until very tender, about 6 or 7 minutes. Drain. Heat the heavy cream. Put the drained broccoli in a food processor and pour in the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Process until smoothe. Serve.
