Sesame Salad Dressing

1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 garlic cloves, crushed pinch of sugar 1/2 tsp dijon 1/4 tsp pepper Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a lid. Shake well before serving. Serve on greens.

Marinated Mushrooms

1/2 lb mushrooms, quartered 1 tsp sea salt cracked black pepper 1/2 tsp dry oregano 1/4 tsp dry thyme 3 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp white wine vinegar 1/2 cup olive oil. Mix all the ingredients and let stand at room temperature for at least 3 hours.  Chill.  Serve.
