Apple Crunch

  • 3 granny smith apples, cored, and sliced very thin
  • brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • vanilla ice cream
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Combine the apples, 2 tbsp brown sugar, and the cinnamon in a 2 quart casserole dish.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Combine the oats, flour, 1/4 cup packed brown sugar, and the butter and mix well.
  5. Sprinkle over the apples.
  6. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
  7. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
