Banana Pecan Muffins

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 bananas,mashed
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Grease a cup lined muffin tin.
  3. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.  Stir well.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
