- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup bran
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- Cream the butter with the sugar and the egg. Add the remaining ingredients, blending well.
- Spoon the batter into a non-stick muffin tray. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve.
