- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips

- Preheat the oven to 400 F. Line a muffin tray with muffin cups.
- Combine the flour, sguar, baking powder, and salt.
- Beat in the egg, milk, oil and chocolate chips until just combined.
- Scoop half the mixture into the muffin cups.
- Put a teaspoon of peanut butter in each half filled cup and then cover with the remaining batter.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
