Chocolate Fudge Pudding

  • butter
  • sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • cocoa
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • vanilla ice cream
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Cream 1 tbsp of butter with 1/2 cup of sugar.  Stir in the milk, flour, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Blend in 2 tbsp of cocoa.  Mix well.
  4. Grease a 9 by 9" cake pan.  Pour the batter in.
  5. Sprinke with the walnuts.
  6. Combine in a medium bowl, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa.
  7. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the nuts.
  8. Pour the boiling water on top.
  9. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
  10. Serve with the vanilla ice cream.
