- 1 2/3 cups flour
- 5/8 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- Grease 6 jumbo muffin cups.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking power, and salt.
- Stir in the walnuts, egg, milk, and oil.
- Pour evenly into the cups.
- Bake for around 20 minutes.
- Serve.
