Chocolate Nut Muffins

  • 1 2/3 cups flour
  • 5/8 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  2. Grease 6 jumbo muffin cups.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking power, and salt.
  4. Stir in the walnuts, egg, milk, and oil.
  5. Pour evenly into the cups.
  6. Bake for around 20 minutes.
  7. Serve.
