- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 375 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter with the sugars. Beat in the the vanilla and the eggs.
- Add the flour, salt, and soda. Mix well.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop large spoonfuls of dough on the parchment paper.
- Freeze the remaining dough so the cookies can be made fresh again next time.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve with a glass of milk.
