- 2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 375 F.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir in the milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla, until smooth but without over beating.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly between muffin cups in a large muffin tray.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then lower the heave to 350 F and bake 10 minutes longer.
- Serve.
