- 1 2/3 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup milk
- enough oreos to make 1 cup crushed
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream the butter with the sugar and then beat in the eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in the flour mixture and the milk.
- Crush enough whole oreos to make 1 cup and then fold them in.
- Spoon into a cuplined muffin tray.
- Bake about 25 minutes.
