Peanut Butter Cream Pie

  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 2 1/2 cups rice crispies
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  1. Melt the chocolate chips with the butter in the microwave.  Stir in the rice crispies.
  2. Press into a greased 9" pie plate.  Chill.
  3. Whip the cream.  Chill.
  4. Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy.  Beat in the condensed milk, peanut butter, and vanilla.
  5. Fold the chilled cream into the mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into the crust and chill for at least 3 hours.
  7. Serve.
