- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 3/4 cups blanched almonds
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp bourbon
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Generously grease a 9" round cake pan.
- Sprinkle the sugar and the cinnamon into the pan.
- Combine in a food processor the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture over the sugar.
- Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes.
- Serve.
