- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 lb small coloured marshmallows
- Melt the butter with the peanut butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in the chips until melted.
- Coll until you can hold your hand on the bottom of the pot.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until they are all coated.
- Line a 9" square cake pan with waxed paper.
- Pack the marshmallow mixture into the pan. Chill.
- Serve.
