- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 oz. white chocolate coarsely chopped
- 2 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped cashews
- Preheat the oven to 300 F. Grease a 9 by 13 inch baking pan.
- Whisk the flour, soda, and salt together.
- Cream the butter and the sugar and then beat in the eggs, coconut and vanilla.
- Mix in the flour mixture, chocolates, and cashews.
- Pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve.
