- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 slices stale french bread
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt and pepper
- Heat the oven to 375 F.
- Heat the oil in an ovenproof skillet. Saute the garlic and then lay down the bread and saute until lightly coated.
- Beat the eggs, milk, and salt and pepper.
- Pour over the bread and then cook on medium heat for 4 minutes.
- Place in the oven for 3 minutes.
- Serve.
