Garlicky Grits

  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup quick grits
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  1. Combine the chicken stock, salt, and the grits in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
  2. Cook on low heat, stirring occaisionally for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the garlic, butter, and parmesan.
  4. Serve.
