Ginger Beef Skewers

  • 1 1/2 lb beef top round, cut to 1" cubes
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2" fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp dry sherry
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  1. Combine all the ingredients and marinate overnight.
  2. Skewer the meat and grill it, basting frequently.
  3. Serve.
