Ginger Salmon

  • 2 salmon steaks
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp dry vermouth
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1" fresh ginger, peeled, and minced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  1. Combine the soysauce, vermouth, sugar, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large non-stick skillet.
  3. When the oil is hot, add the butter, and then lay the fish in the pan. 
  4. Pour on the sauce.
  5. Cook on both sides, basting with the sauce.
  6. Serve.
