Glazed Ham Steaks

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • 1 tbsp dijon
  • 1 tsp cider vinegar
  • a pinch of ground cloves
  • cracked pepper
  • 2 ham steaks
  1. Rinse and pat dry the hams.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.  Lower the heat and simmer for about 2 minutes.  Remove from the heat.
  3. Grill the ham basting with the glaze.
  4. Serve.
