Glazed Ham Steaks
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp rum
- 1 tbsp dijon
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- a pinch of ground cloves
- cracked pepper
- 2 ham steaks
- Rinse and pat dry the hams.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.
- Grill the ham basting with the glaze.
- Serve.
good and very easy
