- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp white wine
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 scallion, minced
- 1/2 tsp italian herbs
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- cracked pepper
- salt
- 2 tbsp brown mustard
- Combine the wine, olive oil, vinegar, scallion, herbs, garlic, and some cracked pepper. Mix in the mustard.
- Lay the chicken in the mixture and rub over both sides. Cover and chill 4 hours.
- Discard the sauce. Season the chicken with salt. Grill until cooked.
- Serve.
