Mom’s BBQ Pork Chops

  • 1/4 cup tamari
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 2 pork chops
  1. Combine the tamari, ginger, salt and garlic.  Pour over the pork and marinate for 4 hours.
  2. Drain the marinade and then grill the pork chops.
  3. Serve.
