Red Snapper with Spicy Garlic Mayo
- 2 red snapper fillets
- sea salt and cracked pepper
- the juice of 1/3 of a lemon
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup mayo
- Combine the mayo, garlic, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Season the fish and pan fry in olive oil.
- Serve with the mayo.
David was crazy about the mayo and snapper is always a nice fish
