- 2 steaks
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp roquefort cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1 tbsp parsley, minced
- coarse salt and cracked pepper
- Rub the steaks with the coarse salt and cracked pepper.
- Combine the butter, cheese, cayenne, and parsley. Chill.
- Grill the steaks to your taste.
- Serve with a slice of the roquefort butter.
