Roquefort butter Steak

  • 2 steaks
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp roquefort cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tbsp parsley, minced
  • coarse salt and cracked pepper
  1. Rub the steaks with the coarse salt and cracked pepper.
  2. Combine the butter, cheese, cayenne, and parsley.  Chill.
  3. Grill the steaks to your taste.
  4. Serve with a slice of the roquefort butter.
