- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1 shallot, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp dry rosemary
- 1 tsp dry thyme
- 2 steaks
- kosher salt
- cracked pepper
- Combine the wine, shallot, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, and thyme. Add the steak and turn to coat both sides.
- Chill overnight.
- Heat your grill.
- Season both sides of the meat with salt and pepper. Grill until cooked to your liking. Serve.
