Salmon with Mustard Glaze

  • 2 salmon steaks or fillets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp dijon
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  1. Combine the butter, dijon, lemon juice,and paprika.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet.  Add the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Brush on the butter mixture.
  4. Cook the fish, on both sides, until flaky.
  5. Serve.
