- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dry sherry
- 1 tsp dry mustard powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp minced ginger
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- cracked pepper
- 6 chicken thighs
- Combine the soy sauce, sherry, mustard, ginger, garlic and pepper. Mix well and pour over the chicken.
- Marinate the chicken in the fridge overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Drain the chicken and discard the marinade.
- Place the chicken skin side up in a baking dish and bake 1 hour or until cooked.
