Soy Salmon

  • 2 salmon steaks
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  1. Sprinkle the salmon with salt and let it stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Melt the butter in a large, non stick skillet.
  3. Add the salmon and the lemon juice.  Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side
  4. Pour in the soy sauce, and mirin.  Cook on low for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Serve.
