Steak with Horseradish Sauce

  • 2 steaks
  • coarse sea salt and cracked pepper
  • sea salt
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  1. Combine the sour cream, horseradish, and lemon juice.  Season with the sea salt and some pepper.
  2. Season the steak with coarse sea salt and cracked pepper.  Pan fry in olive oil.
  3. Serve with the sauce.
