Yummy Ham Steaks
- 2 ham steaks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 tsp dry cloves
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Combine all the ingredients except the ham and mix well.
- Pour over the ham and chill 3 to 4 hours.
- Drain and grill until cooked.
