All American Pancakes

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 1/3 cup milk
  • butter for frying
  • maple syrup
  1. In a blender, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and eggs. Blitz and add the melted butter and the milk. 
  2. Heat a skillet and melt some butter in it.  Scoop out the pancake batter using a quarter cup measure.  Pour 1/4 cup into the pan and fry on both sides until golden.
  3. Serve with syrop.
