All American Pancakes
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 1/3 cup milk
- butter for frying
- maple syrup
- In a blender, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and eggs. Blitz and add the melted butter and the milk.
- Heat a skillet and melt some butter in it. Scoop out the pancake batter using a quarter cup measure. Pour 1/4 cup into the pan and fry on both sides until golden.
- Serve with syrop.
Decent but not amazing. Definitely eat with maple syrop.
