Buttermilk Pancakes

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  1. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and soda.  Stir in the salt.
  2. Mix in the egg, buttermilk and oil.
  3. Pan fry scoops of the batter on both sides until golden brown.
  4. Serve with butter and syrup.
