No Egg Pancakes

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  1. Mix together all the ingredients until just combined.
  2. Let rest 15 minutes.
  3. Pan fry in butter.
  4. Serve with syrup.
