- 1/2 cup oats
- a scant cup of flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 egg
- Combine all the ingredients and then let rest 15 minutes.
- Pan fry in butter.
- Serve with fruit syrup.
