Oat Pancakes

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • a scant cup of flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 egg
  1. Combine all the ingredients and then let rest 15 minutes.
  2. Pan fry in butter.
  3. Serve with fruit syrup.
