- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- salt
- water
- 6 strips bacon, diced
- 2 scallions, minced
- 1/2 head savoy cabbage, chiffonaded
- butter
- cracked pepper
- paprika
- Combine the flour, egg, a pinch of salt, with just enough water to moisten.
- Knead until quite firm and smooth. Form into a ball and chill for 1 hour.
- Roll ball out very thing and then cut into 1" squares.
- Saute 6 strips of diced bacon in a dutch oven.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.
- Add the scallions to the bacon. Saute 2 minutes.
- Stir in the cabbage until it begins to melt.
- Add 1 tbsp of butter and then season it to taste with salt, cracked pepper, and paprika.
- Boil the noodles for in the water until done.
- Mix the noodles in with the cabbage.
- Serve.
