Poppy Seed Noodles

  • 1/2 lb egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
  1. Cook the noodles in salted boiling water.  Drain thoroughly.
  2. Heat the butter in a small saucepan with the poppy seeds until it begins to brown.  Add the salt and cracked pepper.
  3. Toss the butter with the noodles.
  4. Serve.
