- 1/2 lb fettucine, uncooked
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup parmesan, grated
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 large plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp dry basil
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked pepper.
- Boil the pasta in salted water. Drain.
- Meanwhile combine the remaining ingredients and then toss with the pasta. Check the seasoning.
- Serve.
