1000 Island Dressing

• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 1 hard boiled egg, peeled, mashed
• 1 tbsp milk
• 1/2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tsp capers
• 1 pickle, minced
• salt
• cayenne

Mix well and season to taste.  Serve over mixed greens.
