- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 tbsp dijon
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Combine all ingredients in a jar or bottle with a lid. Shake well. Correct seasoning.
- Serve over a garden salad.
